2. Start with what we do not do

This is worth saying first, because it is what really defines this website: beautaria.com has no forms, does not ask for your email address, creates no user accounts, sells nothing and builds no profiles. There is no newsletter, no registration and no checkout.

If you never write to us, this site processes no personal data about you beyond the server logs described below.

3. Data that is processed

Server logs. As with any website, the hosting server automatically records the IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. These are used solely to keep the service running, diagnose faults and protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the security and operation of the site. Retention: logs are rotated periodically and are not cross-referenced with anything else.

Communications you start. If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we process the details you provide (name, phone, email and the content of your message) solely to answer you. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or consent, as applicable (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention: for the duration of the conversation and thereafter as long as necessary to handle any liability.

Farmasi enquiries. If, after contacting us, you decide to enroll, we keep your contact details for as long as the sponsorship relationship lasts so that we can support you. You can ask us to stop at any time.

4. WhatsApp: what messaging us involves

The WhatsApp button on this site is a link: clicking it sends nothing on its own. If you choose to write, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp, whose data processing is governed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, outside this site and beyond our control.

Bear in mind that neither email nor WhatsApp is an appropriate channel for sensitive documents. Please do not send identity documents, banking details or sensitive information through them.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or share data with third parties and we do not initiate international transfers. The following providers are involved as processors or independent controllers:

Hostinger International Ltd. — hosting of the server where the site resides.
Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS service. On this site Cloudflare acts as a DNS manager only, with no proxy, so traffic does not pass through its network and none of its cookies are set.
Google Search Console — an indexing diagnostic tool providing aggregated, anonymous search data with no individual identification.

6. Minors

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to contacto@lacasasibarita.es with the subject line "DATA PROTECTION".

We may ask you to verify your identity so we can handle the request safely. We will respond within one month.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), the competent supervisory authority, or with the authority in your country of residence.

8. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS with a valid certificate. The server is self-administered, with key-based access and regular backups. No security measure is infallible, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures given the state of the art and the risk involved.

9. Changes to this policy

If the site later adds forms, web analytics or any other processing, this policy will be updated before that goes live and the new date will be shown.
