1. Acceptance

Using beautaria.com means accepting these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is and is not

beautaria.com publishes informational guides about enrolling as a Farmasi distributor in various countries. It sells no products, processes no enrollments and is not an intermediary in any transaction. Sign-up always takes place on Farmasi's official website for the relevant country, subject to that company's own terms.

3. Sponsorship relationship

The owner of this site is an independent Farmasi entrepreneur. The sign-up links carry his sponsor code, so anyone enrolling through them joins his team and he may receive the compensation set out in the company's plan. This does not increase your cost or change your terms in any way.

This relationship is stated plainly on every page of the site, not buried in the small print, because it is information you need in order to decide.

4. Accuracy of the information

The information is built from official sources and public documentation, and checked before publication. Even so, customs, tax and product regulations change often, and Farmasi's commercial terms can change without notice.

Where a fact could not be confirmed against a reliable source, it is left out rather than estimated. Always verify against the official form and your own country's sources before paying anything or making a decision.

5. No promise of results

This site promises no income and no results of any kind. Direct selling is a business activity whose outcome depends on each person's effort, consistency and circumstances, and in which a very substantial share of those who enroll never earn any commission.

6. Your responsibility

It is up to each person to comply with the tax, customs, product and business obligations of their country of residence. The owner of this site accepts no liability for the decisions you make or their consequences.

7. Availability

The site is provided "as is". The owner may modify, suspend or withdraw any content, or the site as a whole, at any time and without notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with jurisdiction in the courts of the owner's domicile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction.
